Your file is a Google Sheets template. You do not download software; you save your own copy to Google Drive.
Sign in to Google
Use the Google account where you want to keep the file.
Click “Make a copy”
Save your own copy to Google Drive and work in that copy. Control access using your Google sharing settings.

I did not get the email.
Check spam and search your inbox for “order” or “The Useful File”.
The link asks me to request access.
Contact support with your order number so we can fix the access setting.
Google cannot create my copy.
Check that your Google account has available storage. Free up space or use another Google account with enough space, then retry the Make a Copy link. If it still fails, contact support with your order number and the error message.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes, but setup and editing are easier on desktop.
I lost my link.
Send your order number and email address, and we will resend it.
Refund policy
Help with delivery problems and refund requests.
Digital purchases are generally non-refundable for a change of mind after access or delivery. If files are missing or unusable, you were charged twice, or the product materially differs from its description, email support@theusefulfile.com with your order number, purchase email and a short explanation. We will review the issue and arrange a fix, replacement or appropriate refund through Gumroad. Please contact us within 14 days where possible; this does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or rights under applicable law and Gumroad policies.
